Shipping
Do you offer shipping Australia-wide?
BSA offers shipping to most locations in Australia, including order tracking. You will be sent the details when your order is dispatched.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within two days of order and payment and take 3-5 days to ship.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Sorry, we need a physical address for delivery.
Can I track my order?
You will be sent an email with a tracking number and a link to view the delivery status when your order has been shipped.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
The freight company will call you beforehand to let you know when the order is being delivered. If you aren’t home, you can pick up your order from the nearest pickup location.
