Warranty and Refund Policy

At BSA Wheels, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services that provide exceptional value.

Warranties

Due to the wide range of products and services we offer, warranties vary. Generally, all products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.

On-Road Legality

Modifying wheels or tyres can affect a vehicle’s road legality. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to check with relevant road and traffic authorities before making modifications. BSA Wheels is not liable for any legal issues resulting from the purchase or installation of wheels or tyres.

Cancellations and Returns

  • Returns: Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the invoice date.
  • Cancellations: A 25–50% restocking fee applies to cancellations for standard (non-customised) items.
  • Freight Charges: Freight charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all freight costs if products have been shipped.
  • Special Orders: Customised products (e.g., wheel spacers, hub rings, wheels) cannot be returned once the order is placed, as they are automatically processed.

Fitment Guarantee

If products delivered do not fit, BSA Wheels will cover all transport and replacement costs, except where aftermarket modifications exist (e.g., upgraded brakes, lowered suspension).

  • Customers must report fitment issues within 7 days of delivery.
  • BSA Wheels is not responsible for tyre scrubbing on guards; rolling the guards is recommended if this occurs.
  • Please inform our staff of any modifications when placing your order.

Tyre Warranty

We guarantee the quality of all tyres we supply and install. If a manufacturer’s fault is discovered:

  • BSA Wheels will replace the tyre free of charge.
  • If the tyre tread is over 20% worn, a pro-rata replacement applies (e.g., if 40% worn, you pay 40%, and we cover 60%).
  • Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping and handling costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility.

Wheel Warranty

All wheels come with a lifetime structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty for the original purchaser from the purchase date.

Wheel Alignments

Wheel alignments are guaranteed for 7 days from the service date.

Terms and Conditions

BSA Wheels will repair or replace defective products or services within the warranty period. Customers are responsible for freight costs. Warranties do not apply if defects result from:

  • Alteration, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear or typical service life.

Care Instructions

Our wheels feature a high-lustre chrome finish. To maintain your warranty:

  • Avoid brake dust buildup, as it crystallises and can damage the wheel finish.
  • Do not use acidic cleaners or polishes at car washes, as they strip the protective coating, causing flaking or peeling.

Warranty Conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • Warranties are valid for the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for all warranty claims and adjustments.

All products sold by BSA Wheels carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty. Beyond this, there are no additional warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
