Warranty and Refund Policy

BSA Wheels is committed to delivering high-quality products and services that provide exceptional value. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Warranties

Due to the wide range of products and services we offer, warranty coverage may vary. In general, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

On-Road Legality

Modifying wheels or tyres may affect your vehicle’s road legality. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to check with the relevant road and traffic authority before making modifications. BSA Wheels is not liable for any legal issues resulting from the purchase or installation of wheels or tyres.

Cancellations and Returns

  • Returns: Not accepted after 14 days from the invoice date.
  • Cancellations: A 25–50% restocking fee applies to cancellations of standard (non-custom) items.
  • Freight Charges: Non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all freight costs once products have shipped.
  • Special Orders: Customised products (e.g. spacers, hub rings, custom wheels) cannot be returned as orders are automatically processed.

Fitment Guarantee

If the products supplied do not fit as expected, BSA Wheels will cover all transport and replacement costs, except where aftermarket modifications exist (e.g. upgraded brakes, lowered suspension).

  • Fitment issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • BSA Wheels is not responsible for tyre scrubbing on guards. Guard rolling may be required.
  • Please inform us of any known modifications at the time of ordering.

Tyre Warranty

We guarantee the quality of all tyres we supply and install. If a manufacturer fault is identified:

  • BSA Wheels will replace the tyre free of charge.
  • If tread wear exceeds 20%, a pro-rata replacement applies (e.g. 40% worn = 40% customer payment).
  • Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping and handling costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility.

Wheel Warranty

1. Coverage Overview

Structural Warranty: All BSA alloy wheels are covered by a lifetime structural warranty against manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.

Finish Warranty: A 12-month limited warranty applies from the date of purchase for cosmetic finishes on the wheel face, including:

  • Painted finishes
  • Powder-coated finishes
  • Clear coat finishes

This covers defects such as peeling, blistering or severe fading under normal use, where proper care and maintenance has been followed.

2. Exclusions

The following are not covered under the finish warranty:

Polished and Machined Aluminium Finishes

Polished aluminium surfaces (including machined lips or faces) are excluded from warranty due to their maintenance-sensitive nature. These surfaces:

  • Typically lack a clear protective coating
  • Are prone to oxidation, dulling, and corrosion
  • Require frequent polishing and non-acidic cleaning products

Damage from environmental exposure or insufficient maintenance is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Other Exclusions

  • Impact damage (e.g. potholes, kerbs)
  • Improper installation or incorrect cleaning agents
  • Chemical or salt corrosion (e.g. brake dust, road salt)
  • Surface rust on steel components (e.g. hub bores or mounting pad)
  • Use in motorsport or on unsealed roads
  • Wheels modified after purchase

3. Warranty Conditions

To make a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • The claimant must be the original purchaser
  • Proof of purchase (dated invoice) must be supplied
  • Wheels must be inspected by BSA Wheels or an authorised reseller
  • Claims must be made within the applicable warranty period

4. Our Commitment

If a wheel is found defective under warranty, BSA Wheels will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the affected wheel(s)
  • Replace it with a comparable new product
  • Offer a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Wheel Alignments

Wheel alignments are guaranteed for 7 days from the date of service.

Terms and Conditions

BSA Wheels will repair or replace defective products or services within the warranty period. Customers are responsible for freight costs. Warranty does not apply where defects arise from:

  • Alteration, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised repair
  • Normal wear and tear or end-of-life use

Care Instructions

To maintain your wheels and warranty coverage:

  • Avoid brake dust build-up — it can crystallise and damage the finish
  • Do not use acidic cleaners — they may strip protective coatings

Warranty Conditions

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims
  • Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable
  • Shipping and handling costs for claims are the customer’s responsibility

All products sold by BSA Wheels include standard manufacturer warranties. No other warranties apply, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
